Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO)

BE (Electrical / Electronic) / B.Sc. (Electrical / Electronic) / BS (Electrical / Electronic) Engineering Degree in 1st Division with at least 60% marks from any HEC recognized University & Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Note: - Computer literacy and proficiency in use of MS-Office is mandatory..

• Bachelor (16 Years) Degree in Bs Electronic Engineering , Bsc Electrical Engineering , Be Electrical Engineering , from Recognized Institutes with Experience.

• 1)       Applicants must apply online directly on the IUB portal (https://mepco.iub.edu.pk) and upload the scanned copies of academic certificates / degrees, CNIC, Domicile, PEC registration certificate and paid challan fees etc. on the portal before closing date of application. In case of non-applying on the IUB portal, application will not be entertained in any case.

  2)       Applicants will further submit hard copies of attested documents, testimonials, certificates etc. as mentioned above through post / courier in the office of the Assistant Registrar, HR-E, Room Number 103, First Floor, Abbasia Campus, The Islamia University Bahawalpur.

  3)       “By hand applications” will neither be received at MEPCO H/Q nor at The Islamia University Bahawalpur (IUB).

  4)       Test fee of Rs.1000/- for officers (Sr. No.1 & 2) and Rs. 750/- for officials (Sr. No.3 & 4) shall be paid in favor of the IUB through Online Banking or Mobile App, or through any Agent. The candidate will make payment through unique computerized challan to pay test fee available on portal  (https://mepco.iub.edu.pk). Direct account transfer will not be entertained.

  5)       Roll Number Slip shall be uploaded on its website at least one week before the test date.

  6)       Roll No. Slip containing the information regarding test center, date and timings shall be available on IUB website for printing by the candidates and candidates shall be informed by IUB through SMS on their given mobile phone numbers.

  7)       The candidates are advised to contact IUB Testing Services on Ph. 062- 9255879 or email at mepco@iub.edu.pk for any query / information related to Written Test and final list of candidates, Roll number slips, Test centers, Results etc.

  8)       Applicants are advised to visit IUB website regularly for test schedule, updates and results etc.
